The right system for its location
The aluminium catalogue contains seven systems. A heated building's entrance needs suitable thermal breaks, whole-door Ud and installation; internal doors need appropriate passage and functionality. Fire-rated specifications are checked against project requirements.

PIVOT
Exterior doors with an offset pivot axis for large-format entrances. Permitted dimensions, weight and electronic access options are assessed for the project.

MB-86N SI
A thermally insulated 77 mm three-chamber system. We coordinate the infill, glazed area, hinges and threshold with the building.

MB-79N SI+
A 70 mm three-chamber exterior-door system with three EPDM seals. Single and double-leaf configurations can be specified.
MB-79N SI+ aluminium exterior doors
MB-70HI
A 70 mm three-chamber system with thermal separation and two EPDM seals. For insulated exterior constructions specified for the project.

MB-45
A 45 mm system without a thermal break. For internal partitions, vestibules and areas without insulation requirements, rather than insulated entrance doors.

This category includes systems for different purposes. Start with the location, then coordinate the construction, insulation or fire-rating requirements.
- Exterior doors for heated buildings
- D-ART Line, PIVOT, MB-86N SI, MB-79N SI+ and MB-70HI are exterior-door options. Performance and permitted dimensions are assessed for the actual specification.
- Interior structures: MB-45
- MB-45 has no thermal break. It is intended for internal partitions, vestibules and areas without high thermal-insulation requirements.
- Fire-rated structures: MB-78EI
- EI30 or EI60 is specified using project requirements and an approved construction. Glazing, hardware, dimensions and installation form part of that solution.

What determines the price of aluminium doors?
Purpose, dimensions, system, panel or glazing, finish, locks and installation determine the price. PIVOT, interior and fire-rated doors have different construction requirements, reflected in their quotations.
Send opening or door dimensions, a drawing or photo, preferred opening direction, finish and infill. Include the site location and work required so we can prepare an individual quotation.

Questions about choosing doors
Can MB-45 be specified as an insulated home's entrance door?
MB-45 has no thermal break and is not equivalent to an insulated exterior-door system. For an entrance between a heated room and outdoors, we select a thermally insulated system.
Can aluminium doors be large-format?
PIVOT or another appropriate system can be considered. Width, height, weight, opening space and fixing must be confirmed for the project.
Does fire rating depend only on the profile?
No. It applies to a complete approved door construction, including infill, hardware and installation conditions. Provide the classification required by the project.
