MB-45 is a lightweight single-chamber aluminium door system without a thermal break. It is primarily intended for interiors and structures that do not require high thermal insulation, including partitions, vestibules, showcases, ticket offices and display structures.

MB-45 profiles have no thermal break, so the system is recommended for interiors and areas where high thermal-insulation performance is not required.

Where to consider MB-45 doors
- Interior structures
- MB-45 has no thermal break. It can be considered for internal doors, partitions and locations where thermal insulation is not required.
- Exterior doors for heated buildings
- For doors between a heated room and outdoors, we assess a thermally insulated MB system. Similar aluminium appearance does not make MB-45 equivalent.

What determines the price of MB-45 doors?
Dimensions, infill, glazing, finish, handles, locks and accessories determine the MB-45 quotation. Installation, removal of the old door and reveal finishing are agreed for the site.
Send opening or door dimensions, a drawing or photo, preferred opening direction, finish and infill. Include the site location and work required so we can prepare an individual quotation.

Is MB-45 an insulated exterior-door system?
No. Its profiles have no thermal break and are primarily intended for interior structures and locations without high insulation requirements. We select an insulated system for a heated building's exterior envelope.
Where can MB-45 be considered?
Internal partitions, vestibules, display glazing and other project structures without thermal-insulation requirements. We assess the location and glazing safety before ordering.
