2. Data we collect

When you submit a window or window sill quotation enquiry, we collect:

• your name or company name and, where applicable for a proforma invoice, company and VAT numbers;
• email address and telephone number;
• city, project location, billing address and delivery address where required;
• the selected window construction or sill type, dimensions, quantity and configuration;
• profile, colour, glazing, service and accessory selections;
• any additional information you enter in the notes field;
• the fact that an enquiry was submitted and technical security data commonly logged by the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, request time and browser information.

We receive this information directly from you when you complete the form or contact us by email.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Assessing your enquiry, preparing a quotation and contacting you – processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Protecting the website, form and correspondence and managing disputes – we rely on our legitimate interest in operating securely and defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Meeting legal obligations where an enquiry leads to an order or contract (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

4. Recipients and service providers

Where necessary, data may be received by:

• our employees and service providers who help administer enquiries;
• website hosting and technical maintenance providers;
• Resend, which delivers enquiry and confirmation emails;
• Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics when you consent to analytics cookies;
• email hosting and forwarding providers;
• public authorities or other recipients where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected using a mechanism under Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to review the enquiry, provide a quotation, continue the related communication and manage possible legal claims. If a contract is concluded, data relating to the order, accounting and warranty service is retained for the periods required by law. Data is deleted or anonymised when the relevant purpose and mandatory retention periods end.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, receive your data in a portable format. Send requests to info@rpr.lt. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or a competent court.

7. Cookies and Google Analytics

The website hosting and access infrastructure may use technically necessary cookies for security and core website functions. These cookies do not require separate consent.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and website usage. It may collect information about pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, traffic source and actions such as a successful enquiry submission. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The analytics tag is not loaded until you choose “Accept”. You can use the website without Google Analytics by choosing “Reject analytics” and change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. We do not use marketing cookies.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
